If you submit a reference or design file, please only send material you have permission to use. Submitted files are used to review and fulfil custom orders, not for public display. Do not upload sensitive personal information.
Custom designs are reviewed for feasibility before production. Any change to the agreed price requires your approval. Personalised items may have different cancellation rights once made to your specification; this does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty or misdescribed.
